Lora 1

Just looking at a striking photo of Lora is a small part of the whole story of how I came to photograph her. I found her on a modeling website and contacted her purely because I discovered that she lived a block from me and thought that since we had a common interest, we should meet. We arranged to meet at a Starbucks at a nearby shopping center. She was waiting for me when I arrived and I immediately noticed the tiny waif that she was - she looked as delicate as fine porcelin. We chatted and she agreed to shoot sometime in the near future.

While she was small in stature, she was a giant of confidence, and agreed to accompany me to an abandoned farmhouse in the middle of a field off an interstate highway. We had a magical shoot. A few days later, she invited me to meet a friend of hers who was interested in modeling for me. Lora took me to a gentlemen's club where her friend worked. That night was the club's annual anniversary party, at which they featured current and former dancers. There were over 100 full nude dancers writhing amongst the audience in a surreal orgy of bodies. But Lora was the most captivating of all of them and I couldn't keep my eyes off her the whole evening.
